🧺 Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup strawberries (hulled & sliced)
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1–2 tablespoons honey (adjust for sweetness)
- ½–1 cup yogurt (Greek yogurt makes it extra creamy)
- Optional: use non-dairy options such as silken tofu or coconut cream
- ½–1 cup water or milk (optional for texture)
🧃 Instructions
- Wash the fruit (Hazel says: it tastes best when clean!).
- Add the strawberries and blueberries to the blender.
- Add spinach: one handful is all you need to boost the green goodness.
- Add the shredded coconut.
- Spoon in the yogurt for a creamy swirl.
- Drizzle honey over the top like a little forest waterfall.
- Optionally add water/milk to make blending easier and to adjust thickness.
- Blend on high for 30–60 seconds, until smooth, purple, and silky.
- Taste and add more honey if you’d like it sweeter.
- Pour into cups, add a straw, and sip with a smile! 🐿✨
